An Overview of the Advertising Hall of Fame

  Keith Clinkscales is the former CEO of REVOLT Media & TV. He is now the founder and CEO of Shadow League Digital, a multiplatform sports news organization. Over the years, Keith Clinkscales has earned recognition for his contributions to the media and the entertainment industry. In 1998, he was inducted into the Advertising Hall of Fame.

The Advertising Hall of Fame is presented by the American Advertising Federation (AAF), a network of more than 200 local associations that represent thousands of advertising professionals across the United States. The AAF has inducted professionals into the Advertising Hall of Fame since 1949 to recognize and celebrate the important figures who are transforming the industry.

On April 30, 2019, the AAF hosted its 70th Annual Advertising Hall of Fame Induction Ceremonies and Gala Dinner in New York, bringing together more than 900 leaders from different fields of advertising, media, and marketing. At the ceremony, eight more advertising professionals were inducted into the Advertising Hall of Fame: John J. Dooner, Anne Finucane, Michael E. Kassan, Bill Koenigsberg, Debra L. Lee, Maurice Levy, Indra K. Nooyi, and Hector J. Orci.
