Award-winning executive Keith Clinkscales formerly served as the CEO of REVOLT Media & TV, an entertainment company centered on hip-hop culture and engaging millennial and Generation Z audiences. Prior to REVOLT, Keith Clinkscales was a senior vice president at ESPN, where he created and oversaw the documentary series 30 for 30.
As originally conceived, the 30 for 30 series was to explore the biggest stories in sports from ESPN’s first 30 years. Inspired by the success of the 30 for 30 franchise, ESPN Films announced a collaboration with Netflix in May 2018 for a 10-episode Michael Jordan documentary called The Last Dance.
The series will feature 500 hours of unaired footage during Jordan’s time with the Chicago Bulls and the team’s 1997-1998 championship run. Sports Emmy Awards winner Jason Hehir is directing the series, which includes voiceover narrations and exclusive interviews with Jordan and other athletes from the Bulls’ championship teams.
